It is always good to give back and when Princess Christian Care Home decided to form the Friends of Princess Christian Care Home where Sylvia's husband resides in the later stages of Alheimers Disease, it was time to really consider offering something back for the excellent care he is receiving. Secretary and Treasurer roles have been taken to help push them forward and get fund raising for garden and activity projects underway. "Princess Christian is like another family to me" says Sylvia.

Thank you so much for your absolutely wonderful session yesterday. And your generosity in coming so far to see us.
... it just felt incredibly powerful having people naming emotions and being able to discuss and own them.
.Thank you for sharing your story again and your wonderful spiritual strategies – we will definitely start doing your gratitude practice at the end of our sessions.
Thank you for all your ideas and observations Sylvia – much to think about.
